- Business Ownership Information
- How much you wish to borrow and for how long
- A detailed purpose of your loan request
- Any collateral offered
- Borrowers Full Name(s) addresses, and social security numbers
- Guarantor(s) Full Name addresses, and social security numbers
You will be asked to provide:
- The last two years of your Federal 1040 (personal) tax returns with original signature(s)
- Personal financial statements with original signature(s)
- The last two years of business tax returns and/or the last two years of business financial statements
