Dominic J. Romano
Chairman

Mr. Romano is Chairman of the Board and was one of the Principal Organizers of Capital Bank. He is the founder of Romano, Hearing, Testa & Knorr, Certified Public Accountants. He also is the managing member of Fries Mill Realty Group, LLC, a real estate investment company. From January 1984 to February 1989, he served as a director of Landis Savings Bank, SLA in Vineland, New Jersey, and was Chairman of the Board of that bank from 1988 to 1989.

William J. Hallissey
Vice-Chair

Mr. Hallissey is Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and was one of the Principal Organizers of Capital Bank. During his recent past working career he started and operated companies that serviced the publishing industry.  These companies developed software and provided distribution and consulting services to non-profit and for-profit publications. He is a retired partner of Superior Walls of New Jersey and has served on the boards of many community organizations.

George H. Stanger, Jr.
Secretary

Judge Stanger is Secretary of the Board. He is a retired New Jersey Superior Court Judge, having served from 1983 to 2005. He served as Assignment Judge of Cumberland, Gloucester, and Salem Counties from 2000 until his retirement. Prior to being appointed to the bench, he was active in community activities serving as President of the Vineland YMCA, Vineland Library Board, Redeemer Lutheran Church Council, and Vice President of the Tiny Tim Fund.

David J. Hanrahan, Sr.

David J. Hanrahan is the founding President and CEO of Capital Bank and also serves on the bank’s Board of Directors. He was its first employee, hired by Capital Bank’s Organizers in mid-2006.

Prior to becoming President and CEO of Capital Bank, he spent 16 years at The Bank, f/k/a The Bank of Gloucester County, part of the Fulton Financial Corporation. Hanrahan holds a B.S. in Accounting from Rutgers University – Camden School of Business. He is also a graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking from the American Bankers Association/University of Delaware.

He is a Member of the Vineland Rotary Club and a Member of the Greater Vineland Chamber of Commerce. He also serves on the Board of the Cumberland County Habitat for Humanity, on the Executive Board of the Boy Scouts of America Southern New Jersey Council, and is a member of the American Bankers Association Community and Economic Development Committee. He serves as a Guest Professor for the annual Rutgers University Guest Professor Program and is a past instructor for the American Institute of Banking/CFTNJ. Hanrahan resides with his wife and five children in Mullica Hill, New Jersey.

David F. Arena

David F. Arena is the President of Frank Donio Inc., a marketer and distributor of fresh produce, Donio Trucking Co., an operator of a fleet of refrigerated trucks, and Pleasantdale Farms, a producer of fresh produce. Frank Donio, Inc. is a family-run business that started in 1933. Over the years, Donio has grown from a small warehouse in Hammonton, New Jersey to a leading national wholesaler of “Jersey Fresh” fruits/vegetables and herbs. From modest beginnings, the company has now expanded to occupy a 75,000 square foot building in Hammonton. Mr. Arena resides in Hammonton with his wife and family.

John J. DiDonato

John J. DiDonato is Managing Member of Vision Property Group, LLC and related companies that develop and revitalize commercial real estate throughout New Jersey, Delaware and Pennsylvania. Vision Property Group was established in 1994 and is located in Hammonton, New Jersey. Vision Property Group is primarily involved in the development, leasing and management of commercial shopping centers. Mr. DiDonato served as the mayor of the town of Hammonton from 2006 to December 2009 and resides in Hammonton with his wife and family.

Daniel Falasca

Mr. Falasca, is the President and CEO of Falasca Mechanical, Inc., a plumbing, heating and cooling company based in Vineland, New Jersey. He is also on the Board of Directors of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Cumberland and Salem Counties, and the Vice President of the South Jersey Mechanical Contractors Association. He also sits on the U.A. Local 322 Plumber/Pipefitters Health and Welfare and Industry Fund Boards.

Harry E. Hearing

One of our institution’s original 27 organizers, Harry E. Hearing became a Director of Capital Bank of New Jersey on March 19, 2009.  He is a partner in the accounting firm of Romano, Hearing, Testa & Knorr, Certified Public Accountants in Vineland, New Jersey.  Harry has invested his time generously in numerous local charities and organizations.

Daniel R. Kuhar

Mr. Kuhar was one of the Organizers of Capital Bank. Since 1995, he has been the President of DRK & Associates, a Vineland, New Jersey general contracting and development firm.

Patricia Pilone

Ms. Pilone has served as the President of Comprehensive Insurance Programs, Inc., a life insurance brokerage firm, since 1993. She is also a licensed New Jersey insurance producer and holds a FINRA Series 6 securities license and an NASAA Series 63 securities license. Since 2010, she also has been a Partner in International Advisory Services, an off-shore financial consulting firm. Since 1998, she has owned South Jersey Partners Group, a real estate holding company. Until 2012, she also had served as a partner in CPI Capital, a FINRA licensed broker dealer.

Salvatore A. Pipitone

Mr. Pipitone was one of the Organizers of Capital Bank. Since 1986, he has owned and served as the President of F&S Produce Co., Inc., a vegetable processing firm located in Cumberland County, New Jersey. He also owns Pipco Transportation, Inc., a trucking company.
