David J. Hanrahan, Sr.David J. Hanrahan is the founding President and CEO of Capital Bank and also serves on the bank’s Board or Directors. He was its first employee, hired by Capital Bank’s Organizers in mid-2006. Prior to becoming President and CEO of Capital Bank, he spent 16 years at The Bank, f/k/a The Bank of Gloucester County, part of the Fulton Financial Corporation. Hanrahan holds a B.S. in Accounting from Rutgers University – Camden School of Business. He is also a graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking from the American Bankers Association/University of Delaware. He is a Member of the Vineland Rotary Club and a Member of the Greater Vineland Chamber of Commerce. He also serves on the Board of the Cumberland County Habitat for Humanity, on the Executive Board of the Boy Scouts of America Southern New Jersey Council, and is a member of the American Bankers Association Community and Economic Development Committee. He serves as a Guest Professor for the annual Rutgers University Guest Professor Program and is a past instructor for the American Institute of Banking/CFTNJ. Hanrahan resides with his wife and five children in Mullica Hill, New Jersey. |

David F. ArenaDavid F. Arena is the President of Frank Donio Inc., a marketer and distributor of fresh produce, Donio Trucking Co., an operator of a fleet of refrigerated trucks, and Pleasantdale Farms, a producer of fresh produce. Frank Donio, Inc. is a family-run business that started in 1933. Over the years, Donio has grown from a small warehouse in Hammonton, New Jersey to a leading national wholesaler of “Jersey Fresh” fruits/vegetables and herbs. From modest beginnings, the company has now expanded to occupy a 75,000 square foot building in Hammonton. Mr. Arena resides in Hammonton with his wife and family. |

David A. CatalanaMr. Catalana was one of the Organizers of Capital Bank. He serves as Vice President of Sales & Administration for Cumberland Dairy, Inc. in Cumberland County, New Jersey. He is also a one-third owner in DFC Management, a property management company. |

John J. DiDonatoJohn J. DiDonato is Managing Member of Vision Property Group, LLC and related companies that develop and revitalize commercial real estate throughout New Jersey, Delaware and Pennsylvania. Vision Property Group was established in 1994 and is located in Hammonton, New Jersey. Vision Property Group is primarily involved in the development, leasing and management of commercial shopping centers. Mr. DiDonato served as the mayor of the town of Hammonton from 2006 to December 2009 and resides in Hammonton with his wife and family. |

Daniel S. FalascaMr. Falasca was one of the Organizers of Capital Bank. He has served as President of D. Falasca Plumbing, Heating & Cooling, Inc. since 1974. Mr. Falasca is President of South Jersey Mechanical Contractors Association and Chairman of the Contractors Industry Fund. He has served over twelve years as Contractor Trustee on the Plumbers and Pipefitters Pension Fund of Local 322. |

Harry E. HearingOne of our institution’s original 27 organizers, Harry E. Hearing became a Director of Capital Bank of New Jersey on March 19, 2009. He is a partner in the accounting firm of Romano, Hearing, Testa & Knorr, Certified Public Accountants in Vineland, New Jersey. Harry has invested his time generously in numerous local charities and organizations. |

Salvatore A. PipitoneMr. Pipitone was one of the Organizers of Capital Bank. Since 1986, he has owned and served as the President of F&S Produce Co., Inc., a vegetable processing firm located in Cumberland County, New Jersey. He also owns Pipco Transportation, Inc., a trucking company. |
