Dominic
J. Romano
Chairman
Mr. Romano is Chairman of the Board and was one of the Principal
Organizers of Capital Bank. He is the founder of Romano, Hearing,
Testa & Knorr,
Certified Public Accountants. He also is the managing
member of Fries Mill Realty Group, LLC, a real estate investment
company. From January 1984 to February 1989, he served as a director
of Landis Savings Bank, SLA in Vineland, New Jersey, and was Chairman
of the Board of that bank from 1988 to 1989.
William
J. Hallissey
Vice-Chair
Mr. Hallissey is Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and was
one of the Principal Organizers of Capital Bank. During his recent
past working career he started and operated companies that serviced
the publishing industry. These companies developed software and
provided distribution and consulting services to non-profit and
for-profit publications. He is a retired partner of Superior
Walls of New Jersey and has served on the boards of many community
organizations.
George
H. Stanger, Jr.
Secretary
Judge Stanger is Secretary of the Board. He is a retired New Jersey Superior
Court Judge, having served from 1983 to 2005. He served as Assignment Judge of
Cumberland, Gloucester, and Salem Counties from 2000 until his retirement. Prior
to being appointed to the bench, he was active in community activities serving
as President of the Vineland YMCA, Vineland Library Board, Redeemer Lutheran
Church Council, and Vice President of the Tiny Tim Fund.
David
J. Hanrahan, Sr.
David J. Hanrahan is the founding President and CEO of Capital
Bank and also serves on the bank’s Board or Directors. He was its
first employee, hired by Capital Bank’s Organizers in mid-2006.
Prior to becoming President and CEO of Capital Bank, he spent 16 years at The Bank, f/k/a The Bank of Gloucester County, part of the Fulton Financial Corporation. Hanrahan holds a B.S. in Accounting from Rutgers University – Camden School of Business. He is also a graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking from the American Bankers Association/University of Delaware.
He currently serves as Treasurer of Fellowship Bible Church in Mullica Hill, New Jersey, is a Member of the Vineland Rotary Club and a Member of the Greater Vineland Chamber of Commerce. He also serves on the Board of the Cumberland County Habitat for Humanity, and is a member of the American Bankers Association Community and Economic Development Committee. He serves as a Guest Professor for the annual Rutgers University Guest Professor Program and is a past instructor for the American Institute of Banking/CFTNJ. Hanrahan resides with his wife and five children in Mullica Hill, New Jersey.
David
A. Catalana
Mr. Catalana was one of the Organizers of Capital Bank. He serves
as Vice President of Sales & Administration
for Cumberland Dairy, Inc. in Cumberland County, New Jersey.
He is also a one-third owner in DFC Management, a property management
company.
Daniel
S. Falasca
Mr. Falasca was one of the Organizers of Capital Bank. He has served
as President of
D. Falasca Plumbing,
Heating & Cooling,
Inc. since 1974. Mr. Falasca is President of South Jersey Mechanical
Contractors Association and Chairman of the Contractors Industry
Fund. He has served over twelve years as Contractor Trustee on
the Plumbers and Pipefitters Pension Fund of Local 322.
Harry
E. Hearing
One of our institution’s original 27 organizers, Harry E. Hearing
became a Director of Capital Bank of New Jersey on March 19, 2009.
He is a partner in the accounting firm of Romano, Hearing, Testa & Knorr,
Certified Public Accountants in Vineland, New Jersey. Harry has
invested his time generously in numerous local charities and organizations.
Daniel
R. Kuhar
Mr. Kuhar was one of the Organizers of Capital Bank. Since 1995, he
has been the President of DRK & Associates,
a Vineland, New Jersey general contracting and development firm.
Salvatore
A. Pipitone
Mr. Pipitone was one of the Organizers of Capital Bank. Since 1986,
he has owned and served as the President of F&S Produce
Co., Inc., a vegetable processing firm located in Cumberland County,
New Jersey. He also owns Pipco Transportation, Inc., a trucking company.
