He also is the managing member of Fries Mill Realty Group, LLC, a real estate investment company. From January 1984 to February 1989, he served as a director of Landis Savings Bank, SLA in Vineland, New Jersey, and was Chairman of the Board of that bank from 1988 to 1989. |
| | | William J. Hallissey | 70 | Mr. Hallissey has owned and served as the president of Halco Mailing Service, a newspaper mailing service, since 1970. He is also a partner in Superior Walls of NJ, a manufacturer of precast basements, and in HSD Developers, a real estate developer. |
| | | David J. Hanrahan, Sr. | 37 | Mr. Hanrahan will serve as President, Chief Executive Officer, and a director of the Bank. He will also serve as Chief Loan Officer on an interim basis. Since August 2006, he has served as a consultant to the organizers of the Bank. Prior to that time, he served as an Executive Vice President of The Bank (f/k/a The Bank of Gloucester County) in Woodbury, New Jersey, where he had been employed in various positions since 1990, including head of Credit Administration and Loan Workout/Collections, Consumer Loan Officer, Manager of Indirect Auto Loan Department, Credit Analyst, commercial Loan Officer, Credit Department Manager, Compliance Officer, CRA Officer and Branch Administration. |

| | | Daniel S. Falasca | 63 | Mr. Falasca has served as the president of D. Falasca Plumbing, Heating & Cooling, Inc. since 1974. |
| | | Daniel R. Kuhar | 41 | Since 1995, Mr. Kuhar has been the president of DRK & Associates, a Vineland, New Jersey general contracting and development firm. From 1987 to 1995, he served as the project manager of Stanker & Galetto, Inc., a general contracting and development firm. |
| | | Salvatore A. Pipitone | 52 | Since 1986, Mr. Pipitone has owned and served as the president of F&S Produce Co., Inc., a vegetable processing firm located in Cumberland County, New Jersey. He also owns Pipco Transportation, Inc., a trucking company. |

Prior to that time, he served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Secretary of Liberty Bell Bank from July 2005 to October 2006. Prior to joining Liberty Bell Bank, from 1998 to July 2005 Mr. Lobosco served as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Pennsylvania Business Bank located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. From 1989 to 1998, he served as the Senior Vice President, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of The Bank of Gloucester County in Woodbury, New Jersey. |
