Our History

We are a group of individuals active in business, professional, real estate, banking, financial, and charitable activities in southern New Jersey who have organized the Bank because we believe that the recent and projected growth in the counties of Gloucester, Atlantic, and Cumberland in southern New Jersey has created a need for locally based community bank geared to service small to mid-sized businesses, professionals and home owners in the area.

After forming our organizer group in late 2005, we engaged an independent third party consultant, Richard B. Reading Associates, to assist us in locating a potential bank site in Vineland, New Jersey, and to prepare a feasibility study of our proposed site.

The Bank has begun operations with approximately $20 million of capital and have over 400 shareholders, most of whom will reside in southern New Jersey.
