Brad Boye,
Branch Manager
A 1999 graduate of Rowan University, with a Bachelor degree
in Business Administration and Management, Brad joined
Capital Bank of New Jersey in July 2010. His previous banking
experience includes managing the Atrium Headquarters Office
of Commerce Bank NA in the late 90's. He has spent the
past 9 years at Brand Jewelers, where he helped manage
a family owned jewelry store in Deptford, NJ. With a passion
for banking and accounting, he rejoins the banking industry
using his strong management skills to lead the Woodbury
Heights Branch of Capital Bank. Born and raised in Gloucester
County, Brad resides in Williamstown, NJ with his wife
Jenn, and daughter Bella. |

Joseph Rehm
Senior Vice President & Gloucester County Market Manager
Joe is a graduate of the ABA Commercial Lending School and is presently enrolled in the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking at the University of Pennsylvania. His banking career started as a teller and later a credit analyst at Woodstown National Bank. During his almost 10-year career with Woodstown National / The Bank he held various positions including Vice President in the Commercial Lending Department. He serves as a volunteer member and the Vice Chairperson of the Board of Directors for the Gloucester County Chamber of Commerce, the President of the Board of Directors for the Gloucester County YMCA, a member of the Advisory Board for the Academy of Finance at the Gloucester County Institute of Technology and coaches various youth sporting activities. Born and raised in Gloucester County, Joe lives in Clayton with his wife Tonya and their three children, Elijah, Maura and Trevor. |

Beth Paglione,
Commercial
Loan Officer
A 1993 graduate of Millersville University with a BS in
Business Administration, Beth joined Capital Bank in January
2011. Prior to joining Capital Bank, Beth spent the prior
18 years employed at The Bank, part of Fulton Financial
Corp., most recently working as a Commercial Lender
out of Woodbury. She currently serves as a Board Member
of the Greater Pitman Chamber of Commerce. A lifelong
resident of Gloucester County, Beth resides in Pitman with
her family. |

Cathy Bratek,
Assistant
Manager
Cathy joined the banking
industry in 1996 working as a Customer Service Representative
for Commerce Bank. She later joined Equity/Susquehanna Bank
as Assistant Manager of the Mullica Hill Branch where she
was eventually promoted to Manager of their West Deptford
Branch. Cathy resides in Mullica Hill with her husband Bob
and two sons, Christopher & Luke. Past-times include
supporting Rowan University Theatre Department and Clearview
H.S. Baseball team. |

Cindy Rager,
Senior Teller
Cindy comes to Capital Bank
with over 20 years of banking experience. She has worked
in the capacity of Manager, Assistant Manager & Teller
manager; most recently at PBB/Nova Bank for 9 years. Cindy
resides in Stow Creek, New Jersey with her significant other,
Fred Hovermann and their 3 cats and dog. In her spare time
she enjoys baseball (Go Phillies!), gardening and Mac & Manco
Pizza on the board walk. |

Maria Arcodia,
Full-Time
CSR/Teller
Maria brings 21 years of banking experience
to Capital Bank. In that time, she has held the positions
of Teller, Teller Manager, Customer Service Representative
and Research Specialist in Deposit Operations for such banks
as Collective Bank, The Bank Of Gloucester County and First
Fidelity Bank. She is our Customer Service Representative
where she shows a true concern for the customers that she
serves. Maria resides in Mullica Hill with her husband and
daughter. In her spare time she loves taking in a show or
movie, family dinners and girls night out! |
