After Business Hours
To report your lost or stolen VISA® Credit Card outside of our regular
business hours, call the 24 hour VISA® Hotline at 1(800) 523-4175. When
you call the hotline, they will have ask for the following information:
- Your name
- Card number - if you don't know, please have your Social Security Number to verify your identity.
- Do you have a Visa® or MasterCard® debit card?
- Account number and/or Capital Banks routing number - for your reference the Capital Bank routing number is 031207937
- Bank's name
